Role Profile We are looking for a Sales Specialist to drive new business with a focus on our Trade Risk solutions across the SEA region. This full‐time permanent role reports to the Head of Sales – SEA and balances home and office work in modern Singapore. Key Responsibilities Develop a deep understanding of our Trade Risk proposition to maximise sales and enable revenue generation. Engage with senior decision‐makers, qualify, negotiate, and close deals using a consultative, value‐based selling approach. Generate new business development opportunities through targeted outbound activity, networking, and referrals to sell the value of our Trade Risk solutions. Define and deliver a strategic sales plan, manage a robust pipeline, and prepare accurate sales forecasts and contingency plans. Share best practice with the team and work closely with the SDR to optimise outreach. Partner with internal support teams throughout the deal lifecycle, from scoping custom projects to managing client deliverables. Collaborate with the Customer Success Team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients. Conduct ongoing market and industry analysis to identify trends and product development opportunities for revenue growth. What we are looking for At least 5 years of B2B business development experience with value‐based selling. Ambitious, motivated, competitive, and results‐driven. Coachable with a continuous improvement mindset. Excellent relationship‐building skills and a curious mindset. High energy, creativity, and the ability to lead by example to achieve targets. Proven experience dealing with senior management in multinational companies across a complex sales cycle. Adept at identifying new revenue opportunities and maximising product potential. Excellent written and verbal communication, building relationships both internally and externally. Thorough understanding of the end‐to‐end sales process and familiarity with MEDDIC, SPIN or similar methodologies. Proven track record selling SaaS solutions and data intelligence to the ASEAN markets. Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and comfortable travelling to meet clients as needed. Experience using Salesforce and selling APIs, platforms or similar technology. Degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline or related experience.
