across Singapore. We are seeking a Project Managers and Construction Managers to oversee construction of Luxury Hotel and Commercial Building Projects, ensuring smooth execution and full construction lifecycle management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Oversee and manage the
full construction lifecycle
of private sector
building projects .
Coordinate with
consultants, authorities (e.g., BCA, HDB), subcontractors, and stakeholders
to ensure smooth project execution.
Lead and supervise
site teams , ensuring compliance with contract specifications and regulatory requirements.
Develop and manage
construction schedules, sequencing, and resources
to meet project milestones.
Ensure strict adherence to
local regulations, quality standards, BCA codes, workplace safety, and ISO certifications .
Identify and resolve technical/site issues proactively to avoid delays or cost overruns.
Conduct
progress meetings, site inspections, and quality audits
with stakeholders.
Enforce safety measures and work closely with WSH Officers and safety teams to ensure compliance.
Prepare and present
progress reports, cost updates, risk assessments , and recommendations to management
REQUIREMENTS
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field , recognised by BCA/PE Board.
Minimum
8–12 years of relevant experience
in
building construction
(HDB/BCA projects).
Strong track record managing building construction projects such as
residential, commercial, or Hotels
in Singapore.
Excellent understanding of
BCA/HDB regulations, statutory submissions, and approval processes .
Proven experience in
managing subcontractors, safety compliance, and site operations .
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to solve complex technical problems and drive projects to timely completion.
