**About the Role**:
We're seeking an experienced **Project Manager**to lead building projects in Singapore. You'll manage all ground-related scopes, from foundations to basements, on design-and-build (D&B) projects.

This isn't a design role, but you must understand geotechnical designs, work closely with Professional Engineers (PEs), and manage ground engineering risks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Leadership**:Lead delivery of ground-related and civil/structural scopes for building projects.
- **Geotechnical Design**:Coordinate with PEs, interpret their designs (ERSS, piling, soil improvement), and understand underlying calculations.
- **Ground Works Oversight**:Supervise execution of ground improvement works (e.g., deep soil mixing, jet grouting) typical for building foundations.
- **Site & Team Management**:Lead site teams, ensure safety and quality, and manage stakeholders (subcontractors, consultants, clients).

**Requirements**:

- **Education**:Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering.
- **Specific Expertise**:Proven experience in **building projects**involving **ERSS, piling, and ground improvement works**:

- **Technical Acumen**:Strong ability to interpret ground engineering designs and calculations from PEs.
