Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished Financial Manager to lead our finance team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial performance of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reporting and Analysis: You will assist in monitoring financial accounting reports and management accounting. This includes ensuring accuracy and timely submission of monthly reports to our head office.
  • Accounts Oversight: You will oversee the accounts reporting function for our India region and lead a team of professionals in this area.
  • External Partnerships: You will liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and bankers to ensure seamless collaboration.

Requirements

  • Education: A degree in Accounting or ACCA is required. CPA certification is an added advantage.
  • Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in full set accounting is necessary.

Skills and Abilities

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and familiarity with accounting software such as Oracle and/or Hyperion are essential.
  • Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills, analytical skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail are crucial.
