Finance Manager Job Description">

About the Role:

The Finance Manager will lead and supervise a team of finance staff, overseeing the full spectrum of finance functions. They will be responsible for preparing full sets of accounts, as well as monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for management.

The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, preferably in the manufacturing sector. They should have strong interpersonal and analytical skills, with problem-solving abilities and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To oversee cash flow, ensuring compliance with local statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements
  • To prepare and present quarterly GST returns and e-file them
  • To continuously review accounting processes and strengthen internal controls
  • To attend to internal audit and external auditors for year-end audits

Requirements:

  • A diploma or any professional qualification in Accounting and Finance
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of supervisory experience
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
