Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to join our team as a Senior Finance Executive. This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, working closely with the Financial Operations team and reporting directly to the Senior Accountant.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing full finance operations journeys for fleet partners, including revenue recognition, benefits tracking, and hirer earnings management. You will also be tasked with maintaining accurate records, reconciliations, and other key transactions, driving timely billing processes for corporate clients, and safeguarding the integrity of our financial data.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape our future by supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. You will work closely with teams across the business to troubleshoot issues, solve discrepancies, and continuously improve our financial processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • More than 3 years of experience in a finance-related role
  • Well-organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks and meeting deadlines
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis
  • Positive attitude and drive for continuous learning and process improvement
