Job Description
You will perform daily cleaning and oversee the cleanliness of our residents' homes in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. You will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager or Housekeeping Supervisor.
Responsibilities
You will:
Clean and inspect an allocated number of apartments as assigned by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Check apartment inventories with residents during check-in and check-out.
Ensure cleanliness, proper amenities, and literature placement meet operational standards.
Report any loss, damage, or maintenance issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor or Engineering Department.
Assist in training outsourced room attendants on housekeeping procedures and standards.
Oversee the performance of outsourced room attendants.
Support daily operations by replenishing supplies, ensuring equipment functionality, and attending to residents’ requests.
Assist in monthly linen inventory management within your assigned area.
Update the status of apartments regularly.
Manage linen and uniform storage and issuance.
Ensure laundry services meet cleanliness standards and deadlines.
Sort, count, and record linen and soiled articles.
Inspect laundered items for cleanliness and quality.
Perform any other related tasks as assigned.
