Job Description
Attendant, Housekeeping (Room)
You will perform daily cleaning and oversee the cleanliness of residents' homes according to established procedures and guidelines. You will report to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Clean and inspect assigned apartments as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor
Check apartment inventories with residents during check-in and check-out
Ensure cleanliness, proper amenities, and literature placement meet standards
Report damages or loss of linen, furniture, fixtures, or equipment to supervisors or engineering
Assist in training outsourced attendants in housekeeping standards
Oversee outsourced attendants' performance
Support daily operations, including replenishing supplies, maintaining equipment, and attending to residents' requests
Assist with linen inventory and update apartment status
Manage linen and uniform storage and issuance
Ensure laundry standards and deadlines are met, and inspect laundered items
Perform additional tasks as assigned
