Job Description
As an
Attendant, Housekeeping (Room) , you will perform daily cleaning and oversee the cleanliness of residents' homes according to established procedures and guidelines. You will report directly to the Housekeeping Manager or Supervisor.
Responsibilities
Clean and inspect assigned apartments as directed by the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Check apartment inventories with residents during check-in and check-out.
Ensure cleanliness, proper amenities, and literature placement meet standards.
Report loss, damage, or maintenance issues to the supervisor or engineering department.
Assist in training outsourced room attendants on procedures and standards.
Oversee the performance of outsourced attendants.
Support daily operations, including replenishing supplies, ensuring equipment functionality, and attending to residents’ requests.
Assist with monthly linen inventory and update apartment status.
Manage linen and uniform storage and issuance.
Ensure laundry standards and deadlines are met.
Sort, count, and record linen and soiled articles; examine laundered items for cleanliness.
Perform other related tasks as assigned.
