Key Responsibilities
The Manager, Solutions (Logistics & Distribution) plays a pivotal role in driving the design, development, and implementation of innovative logistics and distribution solutions within the integrated supply chain. This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, operational expertise, and stakeholder engagement to deliver cost-efficient, customer-focused, and scalable distribution strategies that align with business objectives.
The role will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, customers, and external partners to ensure seamless end-to-end logistics operations, optimize service delivery, and enable continuous improvement across the distribution network.
Solution Design & Development
Develop, evaluate, and implement logistics and distribution solutions that improve efficiency, service quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Lead network design and optimization projects (warehousing, transportation, and last-mile distribution).
Leverage data-driven analysis and advanced tools to model scenarios and recommend best-fit solutions.
Operational Excellence
Ensure alignment of logistics and distribution strategies with integrated supply chain goals.
Partner with operations teams to translate solutions into executable processes and SOPs.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Customer & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as the subject matter expert for logistics & distribution in customer solutioning discussions.
