You’ll manage complex technology workstreams, oversee client-facing event platforms and registration builds, and ensure a seamless attendee experience for events that can range from 10,000+ in-person attendees to 200,000+ digital participants. This role requires strong leadership, collaboration, and hands-on expertise in event tech tools and processes. You’ll guide internal teams, manage vendors, and serve as the primary client contact to deliver innovative, high-impact experiences. Responsibilities Lead registration and event technology workstreams for major corporate events. Partner with clients to design and implement registration sites and digital platforms. Oversee timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships. Manage onsite registration setups, digital launches, and attendee support. Supervise team members and onsite staff during live events. Support internal process improvements, training, and best practices. Deliver projects on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals. What You Bring 5- 8 years of experience in event technology or registration project management. Proven success managing high-touch, complex corporate events. Expertise with platforms such as RainFocus, Swoogo, Stova, Cvent, Eventbase, or Airtable. Strong communication, client management, and leadership skills. Experience supervising teams and coordinating across multiple stakeholders.
