Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the insurance department, ensuring smooth execution of processes.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and enhance operational efficiency.
Lead and mentor the insurance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Negotiate with insurers for competitive rates and favourable terms.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement improvements to optimize business performance.
Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to streamline workflows and enhance service delivery.
Handle complex insurance inquiries and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with insurance partners to drive mutual success.
Job Requirements:
A Degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
5-7 years of relevant experience in insurance operations, underwriting, or risk management.
With CGI and HI certification is a must.
Knowledge of
commercial
and
motors
products.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
