Responsibilities:
Managing and ensuring the fulfillment of Inbound/Outbound/VAS activities based on customer’s volume trend, sales campaigns/activities to ensure a well-functioning supply chain to local stores.
Monitoring of volume/activities ensuring facilities and resources are optimized and sufficient to support a consistent and flow-functioning distribution centre.
Close monitoring on day-to-day activities and implementation of proactive measures to raise KPI targets.
Manage team performance and workload to ensure effective and efficient service delivery by the operations team.
Decision making based on analytical data and report preparation for meeting purposes.
Responsible for meeting KPIs within the agreed lead time.
Undertake any other activities as directed by immediate superiors.
