Job Summary:
The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Metal Engineering or a related field and at least 7 years of industrial R&D experience in metal/alloy development, refining, melting, casting, and related processes.
The Senior R&D Engineer will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a holistic perspective. Expertise in R&D, alloying & scaling up research into industrial-scale applications is essential.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement new metal and alloy products through cutting-edge research and development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth.
- Manage and mentor junior engineers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to the development of company strategies and policies related to R&D.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you must possess a strong understanding of metal engineering principles and practices. A Master's degree in Metal Engineering or a related field is required, as well as at least 7 years of relevant industrial R&D experience.
A strong track record of developing and implementing successful R&D projects is essential. Additionally, you must have excellent technical writing skills for drafting protocols, reports, and formal communication.
