Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Front Office Manager . As a representative of our senior management team, you will be responsible for resolving guest issues with tact and diplomacy while adhering to established procedures and protocols.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to maintain accurate records, and a keen eye for talent. They will also be expected to identify future leaders within the front office department and establish strong business relationships with guests.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Be the first point of contact for guests seeking management team members
- Maintain accurate records in the Duty Manager's logbook
- Recognize and reward top performers
- Establish strong business relationships with guests
- Identify and develop future leaders within the front office department
Requirements
Educational/Academic Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent College/University degree
Experience: Preferably 2-3 years experience in a similar field
