Overview Role: Contract Manager Project contract based. Estimate completed in 2027. Project Work Location: Changi, office at Lavender. Working days: 5.5 days, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, alternate Saturday full day. Salary: $6000 to $8000 (depends on experience). Qualifications Candidates with QS or Contracts background is advantageous. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post-Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Civil) or equivalent. At least 5 years of experience in Civil Works. Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, Primavera and AutoCAD. Responsibilities Liaise and assist Managing Director in responding to requests for quotation from prospective local and overseas clients. Manage and coordinate preparation of pre-tender documentation, respond to tender clarifications and amendments, attend tender meetings leading to award of tenders. Prepare contract documents for contract administration and review the commercial aspects of contracts and agreements with clients and sub-contractors. Assist Project Managers in preparation of monthly progress payments and ensure successful claim of progress payments. Attend site meetings with project staff as required. Assist project managers in preparation of variation orders and maintain comprehensive records of work alterations and design amendments. Liaise closely with main contractor and Client’s QS regarding claims and negotiation of claims and finalization of accounts. Prepare budgets and cash flow projections in conjunction with directors, project managers, and financial controller. Assist in negotiation of sub-contractor packages and preparation of sub-contractor or supplier agreement letters. Analyse scope of work in projects and contracts for effective contract administration in conjunction with interpretation of architectural and shop drawings. Liaise with financial controller and project managers on cost control and financial administration. Monitor project cost and prepare general financial administration.
