About your role Creates, plans and implements sales strategy and strategic business development initiatives for Augmentus products and solutions. Defines key sales targets and establishes appropriate metrics and measurement tools to monitor performance. Drives top line and conversion growth. Serve as the technical expert and trusted advisor to manufacturing customers around automation solutions By applying subject matter expertise, you build and maintain client relationships and solve their complex automation challenges Collaborate with sales and technical team members to help identify, progress, and close commercial opportunities Develop sales processes and build relationships with stakeholders to design and offer solution that solve customer pain points Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in selling robotics and automation solutions Proven ability in Industrial B2 B, and in the digitalization of industry 4.0 Ability to effectively communicate product value propositions, negotiate commercial contracts, and close deals Comfortable with traveling internationally for work Ability to take initiative and self-manage to achieve key objectives and company KPIs Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
