Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage Data Center infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and business needs.
Oversee all project activities, including resource allocation, procurement, and scheduling, to ensure timely and efficient execution.
Supervise project teams, ensuring collaboration across various departments and external vendors to meet project objectives. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project progress, risks, and resolutions.
Manage scope changes, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project timelines, and budgets.
Proactively identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on timelines and budgets.
Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring resources are allocated appropriately and projects stay on track.
Work closely with the Procurement team to manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of resources.
Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
Strong background in managing Data Center projects, including infrastructure setup (rack and stack, power/cooling, network setup).
Familiarity with Data Center technologies such as server hardware, storage systems, network devices, and virtualization platforms.
In-depth understanding of project phases from initiation to handover, with a focus on execution and delivery.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate teams, resolve conflicts, and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Experience in managing risks and scope changes to maintain project alignment with client needs and timelines.
Skilled in managing project budgets, schedules, and resources.
