Procurement Executive (Healthcare) - Singapore
Location: Central Area

Responsibilities
Oversee daily procurement activities for pharmaceuticals and medical consumables, ensuring efficient and timely sourcing.
Coordinate the transportation and delivery of products in compliance with Good Distribution Practices (GDP).
Manage import and export operations, ensuring prompt and accurate dispatch of goods.
Monitor inventory levels and expiration dates, implementing systems to minimize waste and prevent stockouts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with production schedules, cost objectives, and product specifications.
Evaluate and manage supplier performance through defined metrics for delivery timeliness, product quality, and cost efficiency.
Drive cost-saving initiatives through value engineering and the development of strategic supplier relationships.
Ensure full compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory requirements, including those set by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA) and Ministry of Health (MOH).
Buy vitamins and supplements.
Qualifications
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience in procurement processes.
Exposure to pharmacy processes and stock management.
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement from the healthcare sector.
