
Executive (Administration) Required in Singapore

- Manage invoice payments, staff reimbursements, and issuance of purchase orders
- Compile and submit monthly billing reports (e.g., Grab invoices, temporary staff, intern payroll computations)
- Administer company insurance matters, including policy renewals, coverage, and claims
- Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for temporary staff and interns
- Coordinate internal events, return-to-office arrangements, and logistics
- Oversee procurement and consolidation of pantry and stationery supplies
- Provide support for meetings (e.g., Board Meetings), including logistics, material preparation, and minute-taking
Salary: $2,600 – $3,000 per month
Availability: Preferably able to start work on short notice

Qualifications- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in administrative or HR roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
