We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Support Analyst to join a fast-paced, multicultural IT environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for a range of corporate IT and security applications.
Mandatory Skill-set
Minimum 4 years of experience in application support or development;
Must have strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving abilities;
Must have experience with scripting/programming such as PowerShell, C#, Java;
Familiarity with DevOps pipeline tools: Jenkins, JIRA, Nexus, TFS;
Good understanding of deployment processes and production pipelines;
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Asia and EMEA), weekends, and on-call duties;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Skill-set
Basic knowledge of application servers and IT production environments;
Experience in the financial or regulated industry;
Certifications in ITIL or Cybersecurity;
Scripting or automation skills for process improvement.
Responsibilities
Provide L1/L2 technical and functional support for a portfolio of corporate IT and security applications;
Handle user interactions via phone, chat, email, and support ticketing tools;
Analyze and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems;
Escalate issues to L3 application or infrastructure teams when needed;
Monitor daily/monthly scheduled jobs and support batch activities;
Coordinate with project, infrastructure, and production teams to manage requests and tasks;
Maintain detailed reporting on tickets and operational metrics (daily/weekly/monthly);
Learn and adapt to new tools and technologies used in the support environment;
Ensure adherence to IT standards, procedures, and shift schedules.
