Your role You would directly engage with the client/business for procuring KYC documents. You are the client's voice when liaising with internal stakeholders for any exception handling or risk‐based approaches. You are the key driver to resolve any issues encountered during the client onboarding process. You are responsible for reviewing KYC documents provided by the client and provide timely response to client queries. You are expected to work closely with Client and Business for time‐sensitive deals. You would be the Approver for cases submitted by Fulfilment analyst to ensure adherence to policies and regulations. Join us At UBS, we embrace flexible ways of working when the role permits. We conduct AML KYC CDD on APAC Global Banking clients in line with regulatory requirements and UBS group policies. This is a dual role – Client outreach and Approver.
