About the Role
As a Client Onboarding Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for new clients, from welcoming them, guiding them through essential steps to ensuring their experience starts on the right note.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to new clients to confirm details and outline next steps
- Support clients with basic documentation and appointment scheduling
- Handle simple process-related enquiries
- Maintain accurate onboarding records and client information
- Provide feedback to help improve onboarding processes
Who We're Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in any field
- Warm, friendly and well-organised
- Strong communicator with good coordination skills
- Comfortable interacting with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Customer service experience is beneficial
