Google Ads Product Growth Manager

Job responsibilities
Identify, drive and optimize business growth from new opportunities by leveraging Google Ads technologies.
Work closely with our partners across the product development lifecycle; from product ideation and strategy to solution definition, implementation, launch and go to market, and driving the completion of key execution deliverables.
Lead cross-functional teams with Product, Engineering, Sales and Business Development Managers towards a common goal with specific partners, addressing product related and technical challenges.
Improve product feature offerings by providing partner feedback to internal cross-functional teams including Product Management and Engineering.
Implement processes for managing, engaging and expanding technology partnerships.
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of experience with data analysis and data tools (e.g., SQL, MySQL, Tableau, etc.).
6 years of experience working with systems design and product design.
6 years of experience in product or program management.
Experience with Google Ads products.
Preferred qualifications
Master\'s degree in Business, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience with Agile delivery frameworks (e.g., Scrum Master or Product Owner Certified).
8 years of experience managing projects and working with analytics, software coding, or customer-side web technologies.
8 years of experience in operations management (e.g., process improvement, operational reviews, optimizing workflows, etc.).
Experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, or Marketing Automation.
Experience with UX design, web technologies (e.g., object-oriented Java, HTML, CSS), programming languages (e.g., Python, Ruby), and API/back-end code in Java, Python, or Ruby.
