Job Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Collaborate with appointed vendors, our creative department, and content creators to develop engaging content for our platforms, focusing on Facebook and TikTok.
  • Manage online communities by interacting with the audience and fostering positive engagement.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to ensure optimal performance and brand alignment.

Out of Home Ads Management:

  • Plan, book, and execute advertising campaigns in strategic locations such as malls and other outdoor venues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and effective ad placements.

Digital Asset Management:

  • Work closely with vendors and the marketing communications (marcom) team to maintain and update the company website and landing pages.
  • Develop and enhance landing pages, integrate form submissions with Google Sheets, and ensure all digital assets function optimally with optimized loading speeds.

Video Production:

  • Conduct research and prepare briefs for video projects.
  • Facilitate video shoots with content creators, production companies, or YouTube channels, overseeing all aspects from concept to execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a marketing role, with a proven track record in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for engaging storytelling.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems and social media analytics.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with an analytical mind.
