About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Haircare Marketing Professional to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that drive business growth and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster a strong understanding of the haircare and beauty industry trends and developments.
  • Manage online communities by interacting with the audience and fostering positive engagement.
  • Collaborate with vendors, creative departments, and content creators to develop engaging content for platforms like Facebook and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media trends and analytics to ensure optimal performance and brand alignment.
  • Plan, book, and execute advertising campaigns in strategic locations such as malls and other outdoor venues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely and effective ad placements.
  • Work closely with vendors and marketing communications teams to maintain and update company websites and landing pages.
  • Develop and enhance landing pages, integrate form submissions with Google Sheets, and ensure all digital assets function optimally with optimized loading speeds.
  • Conduct research and prepare briefs for video projects.
  • Facilitate video shoots with content creators, production companies, or YouTube channels, overseeing all aspects from concept to execution.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in marketing roles, with proven track records in digital marketing, social media management, and content creation.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, knack for engaging storytelling.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including content management systems and social media analytics.
  • Creative and strategic thinker with analytical mind.
