Job Title: Haircare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Haircare Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our haircare department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and providing expert hair care advice.

About the Role:
  • Consult with in-house teams on educator plans to ensure effective training and development programs.
  • Listen to clients' needs to determine their preferences for recommending products and services.
  • Provide detailed information on various hair care products and their benefits.
  • Perform shampooing, cutting, coloring, treating, and highlighting services.
  • Offer scalp treatments to promote overall health and well-being.
  • Act as a liaison between sales personnel and clients to facilitate sales or upsell opportunities.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO ENSURE LONG-TERM PROFITABLE SALES.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness in accordance with salon and government regulations.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest hair trends and styling methods.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hair Care expertise, including knowledge of various hair types and conditions.
  • Preventive Maintenance skills to maintain equipment and facilities.
  • Troubleshooting abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently.
  • Housekeeping and Inventory management skills to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Electrical and Driving License requirements may vary depending on location.
  • Styling and Consulting skills to provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Team Player mentality to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Microsoft Word proficiency for administrative tasks.
  • Assembly and Manufacturing experience an asset.
  • Electronics knowledge to troubleshoot equipment.
  • Commissioning and Calibration skills to ensure optimal performance.
