Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent. At least 5 - 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with 3 years in a managerial position. Professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is preferred. Strong knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards. Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to effectively communicate financial information to non-financial stakeholders. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
