Job Responsibilities:
Role 1: Prepare sticker labels, Chief Invigilator folders, HoP contact list, stationery bags, answer booklets and assist to run the ops of the exams.
Role 2: Perform administrative tasks and will be deployed for exam operation duties, online exam support duties, invigilation duties, sort scripts and pack scripts when needed.
Role 3: Assisting in facilitating the running of exams, attendance tracking, tracking of Chief Invigilators' reports, sorting of scripts, distribution of scripts and packing of past semester scripts for external storage.
Role 4: Assisting in facilitating the running of exams, attendance tracking, tracking of Chief Invigilators' reports, sorting of scripts, distribution of scripts and packing of past semester scripts for external storage.
Role 5: Assisting in the running exams, sorting of scripts, distribution of scripts, exam grade appeal, packing of past semester scripts for external storage.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by reporting supervisor

Salary:
  • $11/hr

Different assignment period to choose
Role 1: 21 Oct to 21 Nov 2025 (1st day report at 8.30m, work till 5.30pm) x2 pax
Role 2: 7 Nov to 21 Nov 2025 (1st day report at 10am, work till 5.30pm) x2 pax
Role 3: 7 Nov to 2 Dec 2025 (1st day report at 10am, work till 5.30pm) x2 pax
Role 4: 7 Nov to 12 Dec 2025 (1st day report at 10am, work till 5.30pm. May be rostered to work till 1pm on certain Saturday) x2 pax
Role 5: 7 Nov to 22 Dec 2025 (1st day report at 10am, work till 5.30pm. May be rostered to work till 1pm on certain Saturday)x2 pax
Working Hours:
  • Daily work schedule, 8.30am to 5.30pm
  • Will be rostered to work till 7.30pm on certain weekdays during the exam period from 10 Nov to 21 Nov 2025.

Requirements:
  • Possess qualification of O level and above
  • Students are welcome to apply
