Role Summary
Youwillberesponsibletodeliverrobustandefficientsemiconductormanufacturingprocesswithdata drivenanalyticsandsystemicproblem-solvingskillsin Thin Film (CVD/CMP) module.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and sustain thin film processes, including CVD (Chemical Vapor Deposition) and CMP (Chemical Mechanical Planarization).
Work closely with process engineers to monitor manufacturing processes to scale up capacityswiftlyand maintain withqualityandurgency.
Continuouslyimproveprocessstabilityandcapability,enhancequality,reliability,yield,productivity,andsafetystandards.
Assist to conductexperiments,analysecomplexdatasets,andderiveactionable insightstooptimizemanufacturingprocessesandprecisecontrols
Support to analyze production anomalies and maintaining/improving statisticalprocesscontrol (SPC) methodstoestablishandupholdrobust manufacturingprocesses.
Education, Qualification & Essential Experiences
ADiploma orhigherinElectricalandElectronicsEngineering,Chemical Engineering,MaterialsScience,Physics,orarelatedSTEMfield
Minimumof2yearsofexperienceas an Assistant ProcessEngineer,possessingin depthknowledge;Experienceworkingina12”fabwouldbeadvantageous
Opportunity to travel to overseas for training (Subject to needs and expectations)
