We’re searching for an **Senior Engineer/ Engineer** to be part of our **Thin Film**Department diverse team of talent. You will be responsible for Tool Ownership and accountability for Uptime, Wafers scrap, Parts Management and Equipment Down Memo Reduction.

**What you will be working on**:

- Participate in Continuous Improvement for Cost, Yield, Productivity and Uptime
- New Equipment Startup and Relocation to support Production Plan
- Tool Ownership and accountability for Uptime, Wafers scrap, Parts Management, Equipment Down Memo Reduction
- Troubleshoot and resolve Equipment issues to support daily production
- Review and optimize equipment maintenance procedures
- Consumable and spare management ensure adequate provision
- Participate in technology transfer from motherfab
- Participate in implementation of TSMC/NXP BKMs and generate SSMC BKMs
- Update of OIs and SOPs to document real and best practices
- Preventive Maintenance Planning and alignment of schedule with Manufacturing
- Conduct Training and certification for new PM crew in terms of Hands on and Theory
- Drive Manufacturing for Monitoring Time reduction to improve Uptime
- Lead/ Participate in Transform Platform and generate LSS, BKMs and Trade Secrets for value creation for the company
- Able to perform weekend 12-hour shift or Swing Shift or any shift pattern as defined by Manager

**More about you**:

- Degree with 1-3 years’ experience in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- 5 years direct experience in CVD/PVD equipment for Diploma holders
- A strong background and experience in semiconductor manufacturing
