We’re searching for an** Associate Engineer**to be part of our **Thin Film Process** **(CVD)** department diverse team of talent.

**What you will be working on**:

- Support the running of production in the modules and ensure that process integrity for machines is in place for production
- Assist Engineers in the fine tuning of processes for production
- Assist in trouble-shooting process related issues and minimize the time lots are on hold
- Monitor qualified process using SPC and other statistical tools
- Assist in implementing process improvement projects
- Assist new Technicians/Assistants on their On-The-Job-Training (OJT) by acting as their buddy
- Participate in QIT programs to improve productivity and output quality of the Module
- Create job-files for metrology tools for production set-up, and housekeeping of files
- Maintain good housekeeping in the production area, ensuring good safety practice and also safe custody of tools, equipment and other properties belonging to the Module

**More About You**:

- NITEC / ITC / NTC in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Mechanical/ Microelectronics or related field of study
- Willing to work on shift
- Good Team Player
