Join our Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Business Unit as Transformer Installation Supervisor for Oil Field Works in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and help us reimagine the world by finding solutions that make tomorrow a more innovative place.

Your responsibilities include:

• Expert knowledge in assembly and installation of Siemens Power and distribution Transformers.
• Willingness to work on-site in challenging On and Offshore O&G environments on a rotational basis with 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week. Unrestricted mobility required.
• Providing advanced technical support for Siemens Transformers, focusing on installation and troubleshooting.
• Supervising installations, addressing customer-specific requirements in industries such as oil & gas and petrochemicals.
• Acting as the on-site technical representative for Siemens, leading the end-to-end installation process.
• Coordinating and verifying installation results, updating site-specific documentation, and closing open points.
• Collaborating with customer installation teams to ensure timely installation of Siemens equipment.
• Handling complex technical issues independently and mentoring less experienced engineers.
• Maintaining detailed records of service activities and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Staying current on Siemens products and industry trends through ongoing training.
• Assessing and managing on-site risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Your qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, high voltage engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as Transformer Installation Supervisor in O&G projects.
• Expert knowledge of site assembly, oil filtration, and installation of Siemens Power and Distribution Transformers.
• Siemens Factory Certifications for Transformer Installation preferred.
• Intercultural experience working in the Middle East.
• Ability to lead installation teams and plan works effectively.
• Good medical fitness, communication skills, and organizational abilities.
