Transformers Installation Specialist Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transformers Installation Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of transformer installation, commissioning and decommissioning processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Erect transformers in compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
  • Commission and decommission transformers ensuring efficient operations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues related to transformer installation and operation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Develop and implement electrical design and layout plans

The successful candidate will possess a strong analytical mind, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. They will also be well-versed in electrical safety protocols and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in transformer installation and commissioning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
  • Knowledge of electrical safety protocols and regulations
