Join our Smart Infrastructure Electrification & Automation Business Unit as Installation Supervisor for Oil Field Works in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and help us reimagine the world by finding solutions that make tomorrow a more innovative place.

Your role includes:

• Expert knowledge in installation of Siemens Switchgears NXAIR, 8DA10 and Sivacon S8.
• Willingness to work on-site in challenging On and Offshore O&G environments on a rotational basis with 12-hour shifts, 7 days a week. Unrestricted mobility required.
• Providing advanced technical support for Siemens distribution systems, focusing on installation and troubleshooting.
• Delivering installation supervision tailored to industry-specific customer requirements such as oil & gas and petrochemicals.
• Acting as the on-site technical representative for Siemens, leading the end-to-end installation process.
• Coordinating and verifying installation results, updating site documentation, and resolving open points.
• Collaborating with customer installation teams to ensure timely installation of Siemens equipment.
• Handling complex technical issues independently and mentoring less experienced engineers as needed.
• Maintaining detailed records of service activities and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Staying current on Siemens products and industry trends through ongoing training.
• Assessing and managing on-site risks and opportunities, ensuring compliance with standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.

Qualifications for success:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, power, high voltage engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as Installation Supervisor in O&G projects.
• Expert level knowledge of Siemens MV and LV products and power applications.
• Installation Supervision Certifications in Siemens NXAIR, 8DA10, and Sivacon S8 preferred.
• Intercultural experience in the Middle East advantageous.
• Ability to lead installation teams effectively and plan work efficiently.
• Good medical fitness, communication skills, and organizational abilities.
