Greet clients, applicants, and visitors; issue visitor passes and parking validations; follow security protocols. Schedule and prepare meeting and conference rooms; setup rooms, place catering orders, and secure technological equipment. Request building and housekeeping services as needed. Perform general clerical duties including distributing faxes and packages and ordering office supplies. Track incoming/outgoing packages, mail, freight; arrange messenger service as needed. Arrange hospitality services for guests (transportation, tickets, reservations, etc.). Follow existing procedures to solve straightforward problems with limited discretion. Deliver output by following defined procedures under supervision and guidance. What You’ll Need High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards. Communication skills to exchange straightforward information. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive mindset. Basic math skills; ability to calculate simple figures (percentages, discounts, markups).
