Accounting Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled accounting professional to take on a leadership role in managing the company's financial operations. As an Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and presentation of financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely completion of monthly closing, and supervising a team of accounting staff.

  • Develop and implement effective accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Manage the financial analysis and reporting process, including the preparation of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 4-6 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a manufacturing sector.
  • Hands-on experience in full set of accounts and strong analytical skills.
