Job Description

The Senior Leadership Position plays a pivotal role in providing overall leadership and strategic direction to an organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, this position is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of various departments while upholding high standards of care and patient safety.

  • Develop and implement policies and operational procedures to ensure efficient operation across all departments.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations governing healthcare services.
  • Oversee financial health, develop annual budget, monitor expenses, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Implement effective staffing plans to ensure a competent and professional team.
  • Build relationships with the community through outreach programs and partnerships.
  • Design and develop programs to promote recovery and integration of residents into the community.
  • Identify potential risks, implement mitigating measures, and maintain emergency preparedness plans.
