(Job ID: )Responsibilities Overall site management for safety, security, health, and environment of Singapore projects. Develop detailed site HSE execution plans, define HSE management procedures, and implement effective safety regulations. Participate in qualification audits of subcontractors and their team members. Deliver proper HSE education and training to project staff. Organize site HSE meetings, periodic inspections, and behavior observations; document non-compliance and follow up on rectifications. Collaborate with construction engineers to develop safety work method statements for high-risk jobs and ensure proper disclosure. Liaise with authorities, owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and material suppliers to ensure HSE compliance. Collect HSE records and reports, monitor KPIs, and implement actions for continuous improvement. Conduct accident investigations, prepare detailed reports, and execute targeted corrective actions. Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager. Requirements 7 years of construction site management experience, including at least 5 years in the pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry with project execution in Singapore. Strong knowledge of safety management practices, local laws, and regulations on safety, health, security, and environment. Familiarity with BizSAFE, ISO management systems, WSHMS, and GGBS. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other common software tools. Possess a valid Singapore safety management qualification certificate. Bachelor's degree or above in safety, environment, construction, mechanical, or related field.
