**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Provide HSE leadership and ensure compliance with applicable local regulatory requirements and internal HSE programs in the country of Singapore.
- Engage with Leadership Team on the HSE programs, goals and objectives and provide active advice/coaching/support. to establish a positive HSE culture
- Engage Site Management Team in HSE matters and continuous improvement projects.
- Lead Incident Management Program, including investigation, performing data analysis to identify trend of incidents and areas to focus improvement.
- Identify and support development and provision of annual HSE Training and Campaign for employees.
- Recommend solutions to issues, improvement opportunities or new prevention measures.
- Ensure sites maintain the ISO14001 and 45001 certifications.
- Help to develop strategic and annual goals, objectives and programs towards injury prevention, regulatory compliance, and cultural transformation.

**Requirement**:

- At least 5 years’ HSE work experience in the Process industry with experience in leading teams in site wide projects will be an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Singapore environmental, occupational safety and health regulations, ISO 45001, ISO 14001
- Strong technical experience in identifying, evaluating, and controlling hazards in the workplace is required.
- Strong leadership skills and qualities and good communication skills with ability to read and write Chinese is preferred.
- WSQ Specialist Diploma in WSH (Level C) or equivalent (Safety Officer Training Course)
- Environmental Control Officer and Fire Safety Manager

**Other Information**:

- 5 working days, Mon to Fri (8.00am to 5.30pm)
- Company transport provided at Boon Lay & Pioneer MRT station
