About the Role

We are looking for a strategic, relationship-driven, and highly organised Programmes & Partnerships Executive to drive meaningful collaborations that elevate Resurrack, our weekend vintage marketplace and other events. You will play a key role in developing partnerships, coordinating programme activations, and delivering initiatives that align with our brand's vision. Job Description

  • Act as a main point of contact for partners, sponsors, and collaborators, ensuring positive communication and relationship management.
  • Research programme concepts (e.g., themed events) to elevate the overall vendor and customer experience at Resurrack.
  • Identify and reach out to brands with potential to enhance Resurrack and its vendors' visibility and audience engagement.
  • Coordinate programmes/partnerships across internal teams (Marketing, Sales, and Operations) to ensure smooth and measurable results.
  • Prepare and discuss partnership agreements, sponsorship deliverables, and systems to track partner contributions (cash or in-kind).
  • Track partnership outcomes and prepare simple decks and reports with highlights and learnings.
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with partner databases and specific steps to manage partnerships with external brands.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, events, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and task management software (Notion).
  • Strong analytical mindset to track and evaluate partnership performance.
  • Creative thinker with a keen interest in brand activations, events, and collaborative projects.
  • Comfortable representing the company in meetings, presentations, or media events.
