Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Programmes & Partnerships Executive Internship.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving meaningful collaborations that elevate our weekend vintage marketplace and other events.

  • You will act as a main point of contact for partners, sponsors, and collaborators, ensuring positive communication and relationship management.
  • You will research programme concepts to elevate the overall vendor and customer experience at our marketplace.
  • You will identify and reach out to brands with potential to enhance our marketplace and its vendors' visibility and audience engagement.
  • You will coordinate programmes/partnerships across internal teams to ensure smooth and measurable results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Events, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, events, or client-facing roles.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and task management software (Notion).
  • Strong analytical mindset to track and evaluate partnership performance.
  • Creative thinker with a keen interest in brand activations, events, and collaborative projects.
