Job Title: Strategic Business Solutions Consultant

About the Role:

We are seeking an accomplished Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and innovation through strategic solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of business operations and be able to analyze complex processes to identify areas for improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement effective solutions that drive business value and enhance operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of delivering successful business solutions in Trading Products & Solutions - Global Equities, Futures & Forex Markets etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assimilate information quickly and gain consensus from multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to present complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders to provide creative / alternative solutions to address business problems and generate new ideas.
  • Experience in negotiation and conflict resolution.
  • Experience in Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
  • Experience driving digital initiatives with Business and Operations as a Scrum Master or Product Owner will be an advantage.
