Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Solutions Consultant to join our team. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyzing business processes for improvement, and translating business needs into technical specifications.

Main Responsibilities
  • Gather and Document Business Requirements
  • Analyze business processes and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Develop user stories, use cases, and functional requirements for development teams.
  • Conduct impact assessments and feasibility studies.
Design Thinking Skills
  • Apply Design Thinking principles to solve complex business problems.
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to uncover user needs.
  • Lead ideation, prototyping, and user testing phases.
  • Develop empathy with end-users through user research and feedback.
Stakeholder Management
  • Act as primary point of contact for business requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Prioritize competing requirements.
Cross-Functional Teamwork
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Participate in agile ceremonies such as stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
