Job Description
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the Trade Show sector.
- Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop tailored proposals to win accounts.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client projects.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager should have:
- Proven experience in sales within the Event industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing teams.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities to engage with clients effectively.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
