HR Director - Global Manufacturing Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of HR strategies across the global operations, aligning with business goals while supporting the manufacturing operations. Drive regional succession planning, and leadership development programs to ensure a robust pipeline of future-ready talent. Implement initiatives to attract, develop, and retain high-performing teams across multiple sites. Champion employee engagement and culture-building efforts across culturally diverse locations. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies across all sites. Oversee industrial/employee relations, performance management, and HR operations with a strong focus on continuous improvement and best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field 15+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in manufacturing or global operations and at least 10 years of managerial leadership role in a matrix multinational environment High competency in business acumen, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder influence.
