Candidates must be based in or relocate within proximity of one of 2-TIMES office locations: Hong Kong (central), Singapore (Rochor), or Melbourne (CBD). For global applications, relocation to Asia is required for this position. Reporting to the Head of HR & Talent, the Talent Acquisition Manager will focus on the development and execution of recruitment and staffing plans tailored to the specific needs of each division/department or project, to fill open positions across the organisation from buying, marketing & PR, and private clients, to corporate-level positions; including senior management for the Asian and Australian regions. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for implementing new tools, channels and ways of working—managing the full life‐cycle recruitment process including: developing job descriptions; posting positions; sourcing prospective candidates; screening & interviewing candidates; negotiating compensation packages; and preparing offer letters as well as new‐hire onboarding. He/she will also partner with internal stakeholders in driving employer branding and in partnering with leadership on developing an internal and external talent pipeline. Responsibilities Partner with executives and VP's to fill key leadership openings across various teams Manage consistent flow of candidates to ensure minimum production standards are being met and/or exceeded Refer qualified candidates to clients for position openings Document and maintain all candidate and client information, managing and reporting on key recruitment KPI's Collaborate with leadership to identify immediate needs, advise on recruiting strategies and build pool of candidates Source, attract, and communicate with candidates throughout the interview and hiring process, to ensure a seamless, informative, and exciting recruitment experience Present candidate information and pre–screening documents to relevant hiring manager/s for consideration Research like‐minded companies, and develop talent pipeline and connections in the industry to promote referrals Utilise our internal system/s and LinkedIn to manage job postings and candidates Attend team meetings and manage/report job updates to reflect the daily and weekly progression Understand our business objectives and job requirements to effectively communicate opportunities to prospective candidates Provide guidance on compensation packages, and extend and negotiate employment offer packages Perform interviews to assess candidates capabilities, managing the evaluation process and hiring decisions, executing candidate follow–up and feedback Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, or a related field; Master's an asset. Minimum 3 years of overall recruiting experience, with 2+ years' experience leading Director‐level searches A strong affinity with our concept and brand; with an aligned understanding what profiles we need Experience in tech or start‐up companies Proficient with full Google & MS suites Native written and spoken English is a must; Cantonese or Mandarin an asset Skills Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships Keen interest in various forms of social media; with a demonstrated knowledge of luxury fashion, culture, art and design Solid planning, coordination, and organisational skills; with the ability to motivate a team Proven ability to identify issues, develop solutions and adapt to shifting priorities in a rapidly changing environment Salary range (equivalent): SG$ 6k-7k p/m, plus bonuses and allowances 2-TIMES will not enter into any commercial undertaking/s with recruiters or agencies representing talent.
