**Talent Acquisition Manager**
Our client is currently in search of a Talent Acquisition Manager due to business needs.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing sustainable talent acquisition and hiring strategies.
You will suggest measures for improving employee retention and use various sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles.
To be successful, you should possess 4 to 5 years of staffing experience either inhouse or in a manpower staffing company.
You should be comfortable in handling mass recruitment for ground staff like warehouse or production operators.
Some supervisory experience will be a plus.
