Preventive Maintenance Professional
This role involves ensuring the smooth operation of equipment through proactive maintenance strategies. As a Preventive Maintenance Engineer , you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring regular preventive maintenance activities for assigned equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective preventive maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UMC engineers and maintenance personnel, to ensure seamless execution of maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with established maintenance schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance-related inquiries or issues, providing clear guidance and support as needed.
  • Participate in shift rotations and on-call duty as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • Previous experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment maintenance is highly desirable.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work in a shift rotation and on-call schedule, with flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
