Equipment Maintenance Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented equipment maintenance specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and reliability of equipment through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
Main Responsibilities
* Carry out equipment preventive maintenance according to scheduled plans to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
* Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, diagnose faults, and perform repairs to minimize downtime.
* Collaborate with other teams to enhance equipment productivity and efficiency through improvement projects.
* Collect and analyze data from Statistical Process Control (SPC) to inform maintenance decisions.
* Support equipment installation and commissioning during plant start-up phase.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Strong understanding of equipment maintenance principles and practices.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to diagnose and resolve equipment issues efficiently.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
